Colostrum “Production & Quality” NEW

For a unique quality

First milk from cows can be processed using different techniques – via pasteurization or the much more complex micro/sterile filtration.

In the standardized pasteurization process, the product is heated to sterilize it. However, this inevitably leads to the denaturation of relevant ingredients, such as the vital immunoglobulins.

In the much gentler micro- and sterile filtration process of armacura colostrum, which was influenced by manufacturing processes from biotechnology, all ingredients of the raw material are almost completely preserved.

No auxiliary materials, such as chemicals, are used. To separate the casein (decaseinization), rennet and special cultures are used, whereby the process takes place on a purely physical level. The processing method ensures perfect bioactivity of this unique natural product.

Moreover, since natural colostrum contains over 10% fat, it would not be edible for human consumption in its raw state. Fat and casein are therefore removed and the whey proteins are concentrated. The finished product thus has the highest possible enrichment of valuable ingredients.

The dosage forms of bovine colostrum

Basically, colostrum products for the end consumer are distinguished between 2 different forms of administration:

1. colostrum in powder or capsule form.

In the production of the powder, 2 different drying processes are used. In the freeze-drying process, the liquid colostrum is first deep-frozen and the residual moisture is extracted under vacuum and extreme sub-zero temperatures.

2. colostrum in liquid form

The liquid first milk is virtually the original product. The fine micro- and sterile-filtered concentrate contains all the highly effective ingredients and is filled into the armacura ampoules, which are also sterilely processed. Without the addition of preservatives, armacura Colostrum also has a shelf life of at least two years.

Important information:

In direct comparison, liquid end products are generally superior in quality to the corresponding capsule preparations. And among the liquid first milk products, armacura Colostrum stands out from the crowd due to its uniquely high content of immunoglobulins (IgG > 200 mg per ampoule).
